Harmonie Centre

Rose-Anne L. Savoie, a bilingual business woman, has been operating the Centre Harmonie since 1997. The centre offers consultation services in human potential development including stress management, conflict resolution, general counseling, relaxation techniques, therapeutic touch visualization, Brain Gym and psycho-corporal movements.  The humanist and holistic approach used by Rose-Anne and the services she offers help her clients deal will problems such as anxiety, panic, burnout, exhaustion, grief, depression, self esteem, phobias, post-traumatic stress and more.
"I help people to open up, to discover and build their own lives from their internal strengths, their potential and skills. Happiness is not found elsewhere or outside ourselves, but within us. We need to pay attention to what is going on inside to discover profound truths about who we truly are” says Rose-Anne. To help her clients achieve this, she works with visualization, or mental imagery and symbolism. “Mental imagery calls upon visualization, which enables one to see images to arrive at a specific goal using all five senses – sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. The mind and feelings play a part as well, whether this is obvious or not. The process can be explained as a lucid dream, a psychological exploration technique following a period of relaxation.” A symbol expresses a dimension of the self, explains Rose-Anne. “Symbols accumulate and transform energy and can transform negative energy into positive energy. They represent all parts of the self. We welcome what is a weakness in order to strengthen it, the small so that we can make it bigger and our bruised parts so they can be healed.”
Rose-Anne L. Savoie has a master’s degree in Spiritual Anthropology and a B.A. in Home Economics and Education; she has also completed an internship in helping relations. Rose-Anne has more than 25 years’ experience in the fields of education and family economics and has worked as an educational coordinator for various government departments and agencies. Rose-Anne is also a member of The Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists (ANN). Services also include assistance to members of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Her clients cover all ages, from children to seniors and come from all walks of life: workers, housewives and professionals, including teachers, psychologists, nurses, social workers, interveners and managers. The services offered can be covered by your personal insurance.

Danielle Sullivan has been a great resource to me with my business. Danielle is very intuitive, and understands what Lil' Angel Gifts means to me, and where I want to go with my vision. She's taken the initiative to recommend specific training and resources, things that have helped me tremendously. I will continue to look to her for advice and resources, as well as share future accomplishments with her, so she can keep cheering me on :)
