In 2008, Madelaine opened her second Best Western in Fredericton with 80 rooms. An additional 53 rooms have recently been added to host more guests. Moreover, both hotels are now recognized with the company’s “Best Western Plus” brand for their sheer elegance and comfort.

When asked to describe her business in three words, she says, “Quality, service and pride.” To explain quality and service, she is constantly keeping up with the current trends in technology and listening to client needs. “I read every comment card. We ask clients to fill them out because we genuinely want to improve.”

As for pride, “Our staff takes pride in cleanliness. They constantly strive for perfection and we are always working towards the same goal.”
