 International Women's Day Celebration: Fredericton
2011 marks the centenary year for International Women’s Day (IWD), a major day of global celebration for the economic, political, and social achievements of women past, present and future! Each year, Canadians celebrate women’s progress toward equality, reflect on the challenges and barriers that remain, and consider future steps to achieving equality for all. This year's event took place on March 1, 2011.

Check out photos of the Provincial Entrepreneurial Gala 2010 that took place on July 7, 2010 at the E.P. Sénéchal Center at 6 pm in Grand Falls. Congratulations to Isabel Gagné of Savonnerie Olivier (Woman Entrepreneur of the Year) and Philippe Cormier of Corbo Génie Conseil (Young Entrepreneur of the Year).The event attracted over 150 people and was held in conjunction with the NB Association of CBDCs Annual General Meeting (AGM) with this year’s theme, “Room to grow”.
